"We have inclusive hiring practices, ensuring applicants can request any adjustments, which we then follow through our process and employment to ensure everyone is set up for success. We offer all our roles as either full time or part time, with about 17 people currently working part time. We also offer flexible hours, with some people starting early, others working late and some working school hours. Further all staff have 2 flexible WFH days each week.We have our team leads booked in for mental health first aid training and offer mental health leave to all staff. We focus on Women in Tech and are involved across multiple events each year connected with the SA universities, Code Like a Girl, and a few other organisations. We further are planning an onsite mentoring day for local women interested in the tech industry, and we host two women at Fivecast events each year to ensure we have an open forum to discuss areas we can improve and be more inclusive."
